Doug Levy
Founder and CEO
Doug knows first-hand that a clear and inspiring purpose, with talented and dedicated people behind it, drives a company’s success. He has built several companies of distinction on his path to creating Technology Spa. His entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen engage his staff, please his clients, and fuel a thriving business.
His other companies include digital marketing agency IMC2, which he sold, and start-up TapGoods. He serves as chairman of the board of Conscious Capitalism, Inc.
Doug holds a B.S. in Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S.E. in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of Business.

Troy’s vast experience in various aspects of IT Service Delivery and Management creates a natural fit at Technology Spa – again. In the early 2000s, he helped shape the company that evolved into Technology Spa, left to pursue other opportunities and gain invaluable experience, only to return as General Manager.
His background includes positions with Fortune 50 companies, where he served in leadership positions and served on many boards and committees both professional and personally. He
has provided IT consulting services for State agencies and local governments as well as global companies in many sectors including financials, industrials, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and hospitality.
Troy has successfully guided both the build-out and migration of enterprise wide private and public Cloud solutions, overseen IT projects in mergers and acquisitions, built and maintained compliance programs in highly-regulated industries, and
established successful teams to provide top-tier IT service delivery.
He has earned numerous technical and management certifications, including AWS Certified Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), ITIL v3, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Risk & Information Systems Control (CRISC), and Certified Information Services Auditor (CISA).
Darrin Smith

Darrin has been a valuable asset to Technology Spa and its clients since the beginning. With more than two decades of experience as an engineer and technology manager, he brings a twofold approach to every challenge.
He has led numerous and diverse technical migrations and deployments across complex environments. His areas of concentration are Microsoft Enterprise technology – O365, Azure, Messaging and Collaboration, and well as ITIL, and Risk and Operations Management.
Before joining the Technology Spa team, he held technical positions with IMC2, Lehman Brothers and ODS Networks.
Josh Mahar

Josh has led numerous and diverse technical migrations and deployments across complex environments. With experience as an engineer and technology manager, he understands what he needs to do and how to do it to impress his clients.
His special focus is on DevOps, Datacenter and Network Operations, ITIL, and technical management. Before joining Technology Spa, Josh held technical positions with HostNet, Inc., and the Staubach Company.

Spencer has extensive experience in building and leading operational teams, developing and implementing enterprise processes, measuring business performance, and streamlining operational support and product design for organizations. He is a leader and change agent in forging continuous integration processes, agile systems development, and strategic direction.
Spencer has developed bespoke services offerings tailored to client need, success, and long-term sustainability. He maximizes information technology efficiency through secure and supportable solutions. He provides our clients with tailored cloud-first strategies, full spectrum DEVOPS, and scalable IT business processes designed to establish sustainable product, program and portfolio growth.
Prior to working in information technology and program management, Spencer served as a US Army Officer through Operation Iraqi Freedom & the Global War on Terror.

Keith is a CIO Hall of Fame inductee with an extensive executive background. He now is responsible for corporate IT strategy and planning for Alliance Data Systems, where he leads the transition to a more digital and responsive corporate IT team to ensure long-term growth.
ADS is the parent company of Epsilon, where Keith also directs the CIO and CISO functions and in the
past drove the overall IT strategy and executed the infrastructure and production support functions. He partnered with internal teams and clients for the design, implementation, and management of the company’s technology products, including the Forrester Wave leading “Agility Harmony” omni-channel marketing platform.
Before joining Epsilon, Keith founded K. Morrow Associates, LLC, an IT consultant. He previously served as CIO at Blockbuster, Inc., and 7-Eleven, Inc., at which time he was ranked on CIO Magazine’s CIO 100 three consecutive years and was inducted into its CIO Hall of Fame. He has served as a board member for the State of Texas Department of Information Resources and Copper Mobile.

Steve is a long-time senior technology leader that is currently supporting Limetree Bay Refinery as interim CIO. Prior to his current role, he was CIO at Alon USA, a $4 billion company that refines, distributes and sells petroleum products.
His background includes more than 20 years of delivering technology for businesses as an engineer, project manager and executive. He has
led IT organizations of all sizes in diverse industries, directing cross-functional teams and developing and executing IT roadmaps. He has developed and implemented cyber-security strategies, overseen migration to the Cloud, directed systems implementations and integrated acquisitions.
Steve’s career includes serving as CIO at FleetPride, vice president of IT Operations and Integration at
Graphic Packaging International, and in IT roles with Georgia Pacific, Solo Cup, Continental Airlines, and Domino Amjet.
He holds a BA in business administration from the University of Houston. He is a member of the Southern Methodist University Cyber Security Advisory Board.

Ed is an affiliate of The Feld Group Institute. His background includes significant leadership and technology experience in systems, technology and consulting.
He is the former senior vice president and CIO for the Fossil Group and served as senior vice president-CIO and executive board member for J.C. Penney. He has provided consulting services for
other firms, including EDS, The Feld Group Institute, and BNSF Railway.
Ed has a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Oklahoma State University.

David Sanders is the Founder of Dallas Advisory Partners LLC, an advisory services firm focused on the innovation and optimization of technology and technology services companies serving the global market. He has worked with start-up technology companies all the way to large global technology companies. His primary focus is in strategy, product and services development, implementation, operations, sales, marketing,
scalability and on-going sustainability. He is skilled in working in complex environments where there are multiple partners and subcontractors involved in the process.
David is a senior technology executive with 40 years of experience in outsourcing, consulting and entrepreneurial business. He gained his expertise in selling, deal making, executive management,
strategic relationships and running large operations with companies such as Accenture, BearingPoint, SHL Systemhouse, ISG/TPI and Perot Systems. He has the unique back ground of deep outsourcing experience along with nine years of leading large consulting engagements. His current focus is advising companies who are going through a digital transformation of their company.

Ali Ayub is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 15 years of success within the Information Technology field, focused on supporting and growing multiple lines of business. As a hands-on, detail-oriented leader, he is able to build and empower the right team for the right job. Leveraging extensive technology and operational experience, Ali has a proven ability to design a high-performance organization, reduce costs, develop and grow companies, and help organizations deliver products and services effectively. His areas of expertise include facilitating both startups and mature organizations,
constructing organizational design, building strategic relationships, engaging staff and clients, delivering IT that grows business, and automating operational capabilities, M&A, and product development.
Before joining Caliber Home Loans, Ali worked for Nationstar Mortgage since 2009. He was a key member of the management team that grew the company from 770 employees to 11,200 employees. This included a very successful IPO in 2012. His achievements included replacing all the legacy technology with cost effective technology
platforms, Security and Compliance certifications, rapid growth and deployment model, data center migrations, cloud migrations, and creating a offshore captive company for supporting operations and application development.
Ali’s other experiences include The Planet/Softlayer, a cloud hosting and service provider business. Softlayer was later acquired by IBM. He also spent 7 years with Alliance Data, supporting IT functions for various lines of businesses. Ali started his career in 1991 with IBM.

He brings over 40 years of experience in IT, technology delivery and enterprise architecture with a successful track record of driving growth, achieving operational efficiency, and increasing profitability.
Bryan’s far-reaching expertise in the design and development of enterprise architecture has led to
his success. He not only has a proven knowledge of emerging technologies but has honed an ability to foresee and react to technology changes and develop repeatable, scalable functionality. Bryan’s career has included a wealth of experiences, from United States Air Force, Space Command to The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, from ODS Networks to imc2, from Agencies of Change to Technology Spa. And his career path has included an array of senior leadership roles: senior vice
president, president, and chief operating officer to name just a few.
Today Bryan thrives on the creativity of a solution as well as the elegance and aesthetic of a functional, beautiful design. His passion is the transformative power of technology and how it benefits people, businesses, communities, and society at large.
